Does Rain seriously not provide any billing amount information in its customer dashboard?

Found out today reviewing our bank statement that Rain increased the package price AGAIN!

Didn't get any (supposedly May) email for the increase, but what really leaves me dumbfounded,
is that no-where in their customer portal, is the billing amount is indicated?!
All the details of date, banking card, account etc are there, BUT NO AMOUNT they will deduct is visible on any pages that don't also return "Oops errors".
You really don't provide your customers with the amount you will deduct??
Not even a statement or invoice history?

Unbelievable.

Hi @rdm,

Please provide us with your email via PM | https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/conversations/add?to=rain_mobile

So folks, seems like if you want a decent resolution to your matters, don't bother to dealt with rain support.

Got a reply to my ref. support issue that basically states:
- we/they emailed you the new price.
- No you can't look it the new billing price anywhere online on your records.
- And No, we emailed or sent you the info, if you didn't get it, we don't take responsibility - check that your details are correct in your account. (Already checked and told them they are!)

>>Please be advised that due to inflation, Rain has adjusted the prices of selected subscription plans. These changes will take effect from payment dates starting 1 May 2025.

Straight after you increased it in April.. Another increase in May? Ok, would have been nice to be informed. (Yes my details are correct - got you mail in April!)

>>The exact amount of the increase depends on the specific services included in your subscription. Full details regarding these changes have been shared via email and SMS.

Again Guys, sending an email(that i never received), and not having it available on your customer portal for review is not on. Why can't you show the billing amount???

>>If you have not received this communication, we recommend checking and updating your contact information by logging into your account on the Rain website or the rainGO platform."

Thanks for again, placing the blame on the customer, for you poor(non-existent) communication of what will be billed to the customer!. I received the previous months Increase - but not this months... So my details online are correct. Why don't you show the amount you will be billing? Too complicated to calculate for the portal, but not too complicated to bill it???

Really a piss-poor customer experience from a long term customer, will be reviewing my options now, as you have now entered/above competition ranges.

This has left a very poor taste in my mouth.
