Rain has stopped shaping and throttling torrents

I have tested torrents multiple times now. No vpn for a few days in a row and these are the lowest speeds i get. it usually hovers around 2 -4MBs

The only shocking thing in this thread is that people still use anything made by BitTorrent Inc. hehe

Why not. If it works it works.

And if you are going to say news servers...the torrents have often finished downloading before it’s been fully uploaded to said news servers.

And it’s so distributed one can hardly say anything is made by them any more.
uTorrent / BitTorrent is adware and in some circumstances malware, there's so many better, cleaner and open source programs out there but this still stands out for some reason. I can understand if one were to use that famous uTorrent 2.2.1 release but anything afterwards is mind-boggling. Oh well, it's unrelated to the thread so that's all I'll say here.

Oh I see now your objection is to the client application.

It sounded like you were referencing torrents as a whole.
