Rain in Century City CPT

Anyone have Rain in C City - can you show me some speed tests? Ideally around the colosseum / virgin active.

I was in waterview park, got 1 bar, maybe 3mps if im lucky.
This could been the roof blocking the signal through.
Outside speed was ok, but basically dead inside buildings.
