I used Rain while on Holiday in Gauteng from November till early January (worked, well as the folks did not have the best Internet)
I subsequently sent a cancellation request through the Rain Web Portal upon my arrival back in CT.
Received below eMail from Rain, confirming that "cancellation will take place on 01-Feb-2020"

On 01-Feb-2020, Rain decides to double debit my FNB Credit Card with 2x R254,60.

I can now now do a "Debi Check" cancellation of this, since it is going off my Credit Card - which means that they can just with no consequence keep debiting my account like thieves.

Busy processing refund - Rain inboxed and did not make any comments on thread.
They double debited quite a few people, if Twitter responses are anything to go by.
Once fully resolved I will say yes, I am happy or not.
