Rain LTE-A outgoing server

Hi Guys,

Up to Friday I have always used the smtp.afrihost.co.za server but now my mail is not sending.

Please advise what server setting I can try for fixed internet with Rain.

This is the only support I am getting from Afrihost.
Please kindly note that while you have your outgoing server set as smtp.afrihost.co.za you will need to be connected to Afrihost connectivity package with an Afrihost IP.
To check if your current IP is that of Afrihost, kindly visit https://www.whatsmyip.org, proceed to take a screenshot of the site and forward it me your current IP so I can investigate further.

Luckily without doing any changes Afrihost got their side sorted out and after 10 days and many support requests my email is working again on the the old settings.
Service is just lacking.
