RAIN LTE-A Very slow download speeds!

hello everyone. i was downloading from mega.nz and the speed is 100 KB/S - 600 KB/S Why is Rain so slow ?

My signal Stats
RSRP -76
RSRQ -6
RSSI -55
SINR 28

i have got my router in the right spot getting strong signal but speeds are so slow HELP!!

Hi, Im having the same issue. Router hasn't been moved and i'm getting speeds of 1Mbps-max. Previously (3 months ago), I was reaching 40Mbps. I have contacted Rain, but no response yet. Browsing the forums, it seems that we are not the only ones suffering with poor service from rain.

they seem to be shaping today, perhaps load shedding has affected part of the network or another problem
