RAIN LTE - Port throttling on 3306 and 22?

Hi All,

Has anyone else experienced slow traffic on MySQL (3306) and SSH (22) while on RAIN LTE?

HTTP and HTTPS is fine, but MySQL and SSH not so much.

Hopefully this is isolated, but I would love to hear from the community.

I cant even connect on 3306 :/

SSH have not noticed anything yet
