From what I've experienced, Rain Mobile is Nat Type 3 and Rain Fixed Lte is Nat Type 2.

NAT "Type" 1/2/3/x just means how many layers of Network Address Translation are being applied to you.
In the case of NAT 2 - you are being translated from a public IP twice, the case of NAT 3, three times, and so forth.

Only fixed line providers provide 1 layers of NAT, usually.
With mobile, you're going to have delays on latency sensitive transmissions (gaming/VoIP) due to the requirement to translate the public address 2 or 3 times.

If at all possible, switched to fixed line (DSL / Fibre) to avoid being in a NAT loop.
