Rain new international routes

So I've been keeping an eye on the the bgp looking glass for Rain. They have made quite a number of changes. Before they were exclusively using wiocc for transit. That has since changed to a mix of transit providers. wiocc, voxility, IS, Angola Cables.

Also interesting to see Voxility in the mix there as they usually specialize in DDoS protection.

I'm assuming this has something to do with the fact I no longer get the usual 170-180ms to EU servers and now hover around 200ms for the past week?
