Usually the signal goes AWOL, a simple airplane mode on and off, sometimes twice fixes it, since 8ish that's been unable to resolve the issue, restarted several times now. Dunno if perhaps it's the load shedding?

My 5g Tower is down :( rebooted router 5 times to get 4g up.

I am also having some issues on 5G. Had to reboot everything last night and getting 15Mbps this morning.

But to be honest, in between Loadshedding and this rain (weather), I perfectly understand that almost nothing can function at a normal level.

Load-shedding mixed in with the lovely weather we've been having, network is bound to feel some strain.

today rain vanished completely. All was fine during load shedding. When the lights got back and I got ready to do serious work then Rain decided it is allergic to green/cyan lights. Felt like dressing in red today. Usually i would get the fixed LTE sim to work if the mobile didnt and vice versa but for some reason today I did not have such luck. So here I am with all the electricity in the world but no internet to get work done. :crying:

After I woke up yesterday morning, I noticed that my downloads had stopped during the night. It downloaded a measly 3GB.

Last night I coincidentally stayed up late and saw that rain completely went down at 00:14. Five minutes of struggling later and it turned on at 00:19 again. This time it downloaded 40GB.

So, what? Their new thing is to completely disconnect everyone after midnight and only those that happened to be awake to reset their connection will get it working again while everyone else's stays down?

My speeds are piss-poor during the day, so I have no choice but to download after 11PM, but now they pull this ****? How f*****g daft are these people?

Getting the same problem bru. It did that nonsense just after midnight. Luckily i was also up, took me 10minutes to get it reconnected despite the network scan showing rain in the provider list. Are they kicking us high volume downloaders off at random times to help their network?
