I just spoke to someone from support who said they will upgrade me. Will take 24/48 hours apparently and they will email me once done. However, I spoke to another call center person this morning who said you HAD to order a new sim and then cancel your current one...so there seems to be a little confusion at the call center.

Why they didn't first put it on the dashboard for self service to existing clients on launch is beyond me.
And just to help clear up confusion, provide the expected billing amount pro-rated.
Wonder how easy it will be to switch between the 24/7 and 19 hour package depending on your monthly requirement.

Looks like it was a bug on their system, im streaming at 2k again on the 250pm package
I am still unable to do that on the 250pm package

Has it arrived? Call center said it would take 24 / 48 hours...Its been 49 hours now and when I called they said "Oh sorry, because of the high level of migrations to the new package yours seems to have been delayed...Should be migrated by end of tomorrow"

Not yet, phoned the courier it is still coming today.
Users reporting the sim activate very quickly normally 2 restarts and 10 min wait.
