Rain-Slow speed

Hi, my sister is really struggling with slow speeds.

32ms, 1mb download and 0.06 uploads.

afrihost support are being useless....

any tips on what she can do /who to contact?

My speedtest on the rain at the Vaal seems to be all okay but steam downloads are rather slow only 5Mbps is this common ? Sorry i have fibre at home so rain is only used on holiday

Ok so the above is the speed im getting in Hanover Park, Cape Town. Ive been happy with the rain service but seriously these speeds (0.6mbps) compared to others getting 50mbps in other areas whilst paying the same (R250) is just not right.
