Rain Tower Location: PM me your Cell ID's

im building a simple android app that we will be able to do this ourselves. I've got the basic network calls done just making the changes to allow user input such as Cell ID, Your own token as well as being able to change the MNC

EDIT: I noticed the one i suggested earlier is checking the cell location of your android device and not the Rain Sim on your router

In order to get the cell ID for rain, if it's in my Huawei B315, must I take out the sim and put it into my phone?

My tower for Telkom LTE seems to be totally different from tower my antenna aimed at?

Would explain why only good and not excellent signal strength.

I couldn't find a Rain tower using that cell ID so I'm guessing Rain is using a Vodacom cell tower which I found at:
