Had a talk with RAIN engineer late last year and was told that CellID has nothing to do with where your signal is coming from. Is there any truth to this?

That doesn't sound right? Cell ID is the tower you are connecting to.

That is what I said, but he mentioned something about handshaking and how the connection is handled after that. I build luxury German cars for a living and didn't want to question the guys knowledge :giggle:
