Rain traffic routing change

You guys ever had to contact them to change the route on traffic?


Why I am asking is for some reason rain goes from my tower >cpt then JHB where MTN/Vodacom/And cellc goes via My tower Jhb then cpt

I will poke @rain_mobile Will you guys be able to help me? The Tower location I can provide and more details if needed all my traffic goes via CPT and its way longer route to go.
