Rain WiFi issues

My rain router is giving me issues it's say there is no data but payments are made every month.
This is the second time I'm complaining about this issue.

We called customer care but the phone just rings for hours. And we are not getting assistance from the rain app

We have a Telkom email account and use Telkom wifi at the office, but there are times that I work from home and I have Rain at home. I am unable to send emails from the Telkom email address from home. How do I fix this?
