I'm on the new 4gb unlimited package.

The speed is supposed to be 10mbps but i hardly ever get a speed higher than 3mbps.

Have been sending numerous messages per gmail and Messenger but gets no help. Someone anwered once but then dissapeared without doing anything at all

Is there some way to get help?
