Ram couriers for Rain SIM

The crappy service by Ram couriers is just on another level. I ordered a SIM card from rain on 11 may, I got a email from ram the next day that they have my SIM in Joburg, cool I live In Soweto. So in the 15th I send a emai to ram but I didn't get a reply and I resend the same email on Monday the 18th and after a chain of emails I get a mail that my sim will be delivered the next day but fokol. So on the 20th I email them again and again I'm promised the next day. To ram I just wanna know if I can come get the SIM myself coz this is too much .

Going back some years, my experience with Ram when they delivered my 4G Sim was that they did not get out of their car. I had to walk to the open road where they had pulled to the side and I had to deal with someone through a window. When I got back inside I said to my wife please never use them for our own deliveries, and we never have. Talk about an own goal. My 5G was delivered by Rain personnel and a very nice experience.
