Christ more meetings.
You forgot another council.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is convening a special meeting with the President’s Coordinating Council (PCC) on Friday to address the ongoing energy crisis in South Africa.
Now we just need another committee, another task team and another draft plan...

If the answer isn't "We're breaking ground on ten new major power plants today right now," they're doing fsckall. Nothing less will get us out of the mess these retards created in any conceivable timeframe.

Hey dude, if you have ever known someone with learning disabilities or their families you'll know that it's often quite sad and really not something a decent person would invoke in order to make a point.
Why is someone with a mental illness the first thing that comes to your mind when seeing the word: "retarded"?

Here is a solution....

Fire 90% of government officials with immediate effect. Stop AA and BEE. Use all that money to burn diesel until new coal plants are built over the next 20 years.

What would be a politically-correct way of saying it, whilst getting the same point across?

The ANC and cvnt Cyril is not going to solve this crisis.

If you believe they can, or will, you are fscking retarded.

If you wonder why you're retarded, try to realise that ANC and their interference with Eskom (looting, mismanagement, etc) are the reason we are here today.
...well, those PowerShips @R220 Billion are starting to sail into public view again.... #justsaying

I do not know what else to label those "Uncle Cyril" and "Viva ANC" types, other than retarded.

Fscking retarded, actually. Enemies against South Africa. Weaponised virtue-signalling fanatics.

There will never be any transparency from the ANC, they know that even a retarded 7 year old would be able to pull their half-baked plans apart.

I disagree, they dont know that. Thats why they keep making them and presenting them, thinking its a ultra cool super-duper plan to land on a comet with a braai stand.

Retard is fine. Intellectual disability isn't the only definition...
Literally any word is fine, it's about the intention. In this case it is clearly meant "learning disability".

The fact that @LCBXX asked for alternatives is a really nice example of why speech should not be governed IMO. If he was not allowed to say that word he'd have no way of learning the potential impact on others or how to better express himself.
Of course this all rests on the often sadly inaccurate assumption that people are decent, have good intentions and actually want to learn.

You're nice.

For me there are way too many South Africans are happy that the ANC has fscked them in the arse for 29 years.

They don't even turn to ask if it's a finger or a dick. The bite the pillow whilst murmuring: "It will get better soon".
