Why should they add more capacity, they promised free electricity to their voters, they just didn't say it was going to be on all the time.

Shame, the oke looked quiet stressed on the TV last night, too bad 80 % of the country didn't or couldn't watch their press conference BECAUSE THERE WAS NO POWER !!!

Rand is sitting at under R15 to the dollar, load shedding actually seems to have little effect on it.
