Should wounded dangerous criminals (wounded by police or accidents while fleeing or battling police) get emergency medical assistance? I wonder what Ramaphosa would say about that one.

So inhumane to chase violent criminals ... the cops should just stop their violent sports with dangerous criminals' lives.

Call it whatever you want but the current system is not working. Alternatively build single rooms and lock them up in there until they go crazy and sane again. No sun no human interaction. Food thrown to you over a wall once a day.
