Decades of lies and failed promises have come home to roost.

But yes, the people take some blame as well for keeping the ANC in power.

You really need to get rid of your lens because your skin pigment is starting to define you.

Free electricity was promised for the 1994 elections. So was free water, housing, phones and anything else.
