Actually almost 3,considering they were warned in 1998,but hey that will be the next guys problemThey've had nearly 2 decades to fix the electricity woes. Not sure why it would suddenly get fixed now.
Not even the ANC can be blamed for this, the residents brought it all on themselves, they had electricity, they thought they were clever and messed the network with illegal connections, I would be very understanding if it was people who never had electricity.
"Some of our people are very poor and cannot pay for services," Mbeki told a rally of his African National Congress (ANC) party in this Western Province farming town on the edge of the vast semi-desert Karoo region.
"We will ensure the poor get some water and electricity free of charge but we are also saying that some of us who can afford to pay must pay," he said.

Giving them electricity is fortunately not amongst the failed promise, the ANC delivered on that one. This was said at an election rally 21-years ago.
Decades of lies and failed promises have come home to roost.
But yes, the people take some blame as well for keeping the ANC in power.
Sounds deep...This is a classic Stalinist example... standard Communist operating procedure before election time.
Well when they aren't reducing or sheddingGiving them electricity is fortunately not amongst the failed promise, the ANC delivered on that one.

Yo, bra. Don't take it really seriously about Newton even though it seemed to flatter you a bit. LOL.**** dude I'm so sorry I'll ask some of my colleagues and my manager how they surpassed me in both school and uni despite not having this crazy gene you're referring too, and I'll give you some feedback.
You really need to get rid of your lens because your skin pigment is starting to define you.

moronic thinkingThey have come to their senses, heckling your leader who liberated you from the oppressor goes again the spirit of the revolution, so unAfrican.
