Did we have major electricity problems before 1994?

South Africa had the cheapest electricity in the world pre 1994 despite sanctions. And 1/3 more generating capacity than we have now.

There is/was a source wrt deaths from the HRC/TRC, a link was posted to the full report here yonks ago but I do not recall the stats. On later occasions I've tried to find the full report online with zero luck, all you find are articles/sites from the late 90s onwards mentioning it.

You can't find what? The TRC report?
I doubt there is any source for the claim that apartheid only killed 518 people while the rest got killed by the ANC. Both parts are BS claims.
