Africa’s most industrialized economy experienced record outages last year. The nation’s energy supply has been patchy since 2005, with the loss-making Eskom struggling to keep pace with demand.

Poor Bloomberg, can't get years right.

What..? There's nothing in this article about 'how Ramaphosa plans to end electricity shortages'...
Just old news bumph about some nebulous meaningless anc inspired 'just energy transition' which they've been repeating over and over as if that alone will make it a reality.

Just? .. ANC? .. Have they been smoking dagga?

The ANC is the only party that needs an integrity committee for its membas, that is just simply ignored..
Who still drags Zuma because black will protect black despite being the worst kinda person & killing you from the inside like a cANCer.
Zuma's middle name, Gedleyihlekisa, means "one who smiles while causing you harm" in Zulu, how apt.

The only way to overcome electricity shortages is to use less (not really an option if you want growth), be more efficient or build more, which you've shown you're incapable of doing due to your own incompetence, ideology & lack of ethics (refer 2nd para) so everything gets stolen. Its the ANC mindset that got us in this mess in the first place, and I haven't seen any change, we still stumble along on some imaginary NDR path of destruction dragging all the ANC trash behind us.

Africa’s most industrialized economy experienced record outages last year because our infrastructure has been dragged through ANC arse.

This is so funny.. LMAO!!

Just energy transition...hmmmm..

Where is our LPG terminal? Solar tax credits/break/reduction? Or is it just JUST for the "connected" coal industry?

“We will continue to pursue an energy mix which includes renewables, battery and pump storage, gas as a transition enabler, nuclear at a pace our country can afford, as well as explore carbon capture and use technologies,” he said.

We're going to be using technologies, it's all good. What a waffler rofl.
