could be an accurate prediction, but it would be horseshyte that proves Moody's is still taking bribes rather than calling a spade a spade
they've had our outlook at negative before, going there again means f-all, "the situation has deteriorated to exactly the same point as a year ago"? puhlease, if it is worse, and it has been for a while, then a negative outlook does not describe it, only a downgrade does
