Random Crash

Good day

I have a I7 2600k stock
16gb ddr3 1600
MSI GTX 760 stock
Samsung 128gb ssd
Logitech G19
Windows 10 pro

For a few days now I have been having issues my HD monitor running HDMI cable goes into safe mode and the display on KB says 100% fan speed and the temp goes to 0.
This happens most of the time while watching YouTube on chrome.
I have to say I always have 20+ pages open on chrome.
Never had any issues like this. I just installed a I/O card for extra data ports.

I havet taken out the card yet but this only started a while ago not just after I installed the card.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Uninstsll the drivers using https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Install latest drivers
Monitor temps etc with msi afterburner

Does it give you a bluescreen or stop code?

no warning or errors I cleaned the gpu with air and havent had any issues so far again but will update if anything happens again

Bought a new GPU palit 1070 8GB and was the best investment ever. No more hangs or glitches.
Suppose the old card has had it.

OK new update with new parts pc still doing it. but found a new thing now if i bump the table hard sometimes it happens as well. think now it might be the power supply. had the same problem a few years ago and that was the issue. so going to swop out with a small spare and see what happens.

opened up the power supply and soldered all the joints and cleaned it out. so far seems ok.
