Rangeview - Fibre in the ground but no owners?

Hi Guys

So last Year November the Rangeview area in Krugersdorp got dug up and fibre was installed and they even put nice little termination boxes on each house on the outside, but I am unable to find out who I can sign up with.

Any ideas?

We've been trying to get hold of the residents in all the complexes along Simon Bekker Avenue, as we have quite a bit of interest but not enough to start the installation process - please send me your complex name and we can assist further tammi@stsolutions.co.za

Have you guys been in contact with Tammi? She said they need a bit more uptake to the the fibre going to the complexes in the area...

I stay in Kransalwyn str, Rangeview x4.... who is the fibre provider?

So, here's a map with a response to the OP. The line indicated is our network, and I can't see Openserve or Vumatel there.



Any other lines you may have seen will be one of the GSM provider's BTS links I would assume. Possibly a Neotel customer link, I don't know the area well so I can't confirm that, or if MFN are in the area either.

Just found out today, Vodacom bought the backbone and they have sales teams going from home to home.

They have now dug up next to our complex last week. Millwood Street. Still not in the complex but access request left for BC was from Open Serve? I saw Vodacom canvassing next to Curro a while ago, so a bit confused as to who is actually installing here...
