RANT: Telkom fault resolution

So I PM TelkomZA and he log a fault on my behalf because there is a problem on my line. He sends me the fault number and I just did a status check. Fault closed. No contact from Telkom, no visit from any tech whatsoever, they just decided to close it.

Pretty cr@p if you ask me.
