So I have a broken RBM HD screen and according to cell C they cannot repair it and I have to get a new phone. I spoke to a cellular repair guy and he said that I should just order the screen and he would replace it. The phone works fine, just looks really bad with the cracks all over it. Surely if I can order a screen somewhere, Cell C/Redbull Mobile could do the same for their customers. And also, I have been waiting for a pouch or screen protector for the past year and a bit and there is still nothing out by Cell C.
I am thinking that they are never going to get a pouch for this thing so that they can make more sales off broken ones.
Any Ideas as I am getting over Cell C and their lack of help.
