you will get the same site, but with a normal Cell C sim you will be billed.
and will a red Bull sim it if free.
So must have RBM APN's and sim then you good to go.

How do i go about unsubscribing from all the RBM messages i get? Usually 2 a week.

Hi

Is there a way RBM subscribers can get hold of their bills and call records online? Mytools still doesn't recognize me and MyTools doesn't offer that functionality.

When does this happen? I have not received anything yet.
got mine on the 13th of Sep. I specified on the contract that they need to send me the billing electronically. My debit order goes off on the last day of the month.

I get it on a Statement.emc file.

Will need to go in and find out about this. I have not received one bill yet. The money goes off my account on the 30th.

Hi, do you think will be possible to fix it for me as well. CellC is "fixing it" since day one. Around April and i still don't receive my monthly invoices. What details do you need. Did send you an e-mail as well.

had just about all the problems listed in this thread, have sent you a PM Cell_C

Pitty nothing has been resolved :erm:

Connection to:
SMS - work fine
MMS - dont work, have tried various settings, not sure which ones to use now as some are conflicting
Internet - works fine
Account enquirers...
- don't receive statements, tried changing from post to email in-store, still nothing
- can't register for self service
- can register for mytools

Still have all of the above problems.

I did change your billing method, so still not getting them.
Will look into it for you.

MMS. did get line prevention. will asked them again, or sim might be damaged.
I have informed you that Self service is only for non-RBM clients due to RBM having their own business rules.
so they control their services.

Thank you for letting me know MMS still not working.
will PM ASAP got feedback.

Hi

It seems like CellC/RBM still hasn't sorted out their problems. I got my invoice emailed to me once, and then nothing more.
Must add, they may have snail mailed it to me - don't check my mailbox..

OK, eventually got it, but a week later than last month.
