There was an issue on the site, and have brought it to their attention.
It will be resolved soonest.

RBM 100 = 250MB
RBM200=500 MB

I have a very irritating issue on my RBM number. About 80% of the time when people call me, especially from a Telkom line, they are immediately greeted by Trevor saying: "The number you have dialled does not exist..."
Usually when they redial, they get through the second time, but sometimes they have to give up after several attempts which causes me to loose important phone calls.

Generally, I have been very happy with RBM the last year, but this is starting to get serious because what is the point of having a phone and people can't reach you?

my number is ported tho...
also, its not a stable problem - one week its really bad, another week no problems at all :/

What's going on with RBM in South Africa? :(

Absolutely nothing. I tried to upgrade 6 weeks ago when my upgrade was due but I have been messed around by Cell C. Seems like they don't think it is worth their while giving RBM customers new phones when their upgrade is due.

Does anyone on this forum know how to contact RBM and get a reply?

I sent an email three months ago to sm@cellc.co.za asking about the RBM packages. No reply.
Sent an email earlier this week to Lars Henning (the guy who supposedly told mikehoneyman that RBM would update its offers). No reply.

Red Bull Mobile is messing us consumers around with false information.

I wanted the value of a RBM package, so I delayed upgrading, but the lack of a current phones and RBM's non-existent service is telling me to start looking elsewhere.

I don't want to deal with the faceless frauds MTN and Vodacom. Hopefully CellC have good value deals.

The Red Bull MOBILE team is currently improving the Red Bull value proposition for both prepaid and postpaid customers. We plan to have the revised offers available by the end of February 2013 if not sooner. Further details regarding offers will be disclosed as soon as possible.
