Cell_C....any feedback on the "Account does not exist" error for RBM users trying to use the Self Service on Cell C website?

and the Red bull and accounts, are aware and are prioritizing.

I "migrated" from Cell C to RBM in March - it was the most painful experience from a customer point of view I've EVER had.

Even up until the end of April, I had outstanding queries on my bill which you guys stuffed up during the transition, to which I receive one liner emails closing my queries when nothing was resolved.

I requested on numerous occasions to speak to somebody higher up to share my experiences so that Cell C can learn - I'd written off the time/energy/money wasted fighting to get refunded some of the items you guys billed me erroneously - but its apparent that nobody at Cell C really cares about delivering good service, they're more concerned with thinking up ways to make "smart" adverts to fight with VC.

Again, I extend the offer to talk to you guys so you may improve and learn from your mistakes - but I will not do it with an agent or their team leader, it just gets lost.

AFAIK, Motorola will be releasing the Froyo update locally some time this year. It is also possible for you to do the update yourself, if you're brave :D

that is true froyo seem amazing :D
will find out if our store will assist with update. ***As that is good point

Quick question. I ported my number last month....I still have not received a bill from Cell C. When is this supposed to happen and when does the first debit order go off? I nominated the 15th as my debit order date.

It's very good to see decent effort from the Cell_C rep to attend to issues here. Let's hope it's a sign of improved customer service on their part :D

Yes...he was very helpful yesterday. I feel like a lost little boy. I am so used to be able to help myself and administrate my own line on the system. Now I have no idea how things work, etc etc and I have to keep on asking. I feel like such a noob! :)

Edit: Communication problem, SMS with balances was received (which hadn't been working at all for most of last week) but did not contain the free message bundle balance.

Account still does not exist when trying to register on self help website.

Just tested mine. Does not show SMS bundle for me. Only my due amount, when it is due (debit date), voice minutes and data available.

@Cell_C: Has there been any progress on this issue? I signed up to RBM on Friday and am experiencing the same problems as everyone else:

- SMS bundle does not show
- cannot sign up for CellC self-service

Also, what Android network monitoring app does RBM/CellC suggest we install on our phones to confirm data usage? At the moment I'm using NetSentry which shows data usage of +-90MB since Saturday evening. When requesting my balance, RBM/CellC says I only have 205MB left. Where did my other 205MB go?

Your first month is pro-rated. Seeing you only signed up on Friday, you'll get approximately half this month's free minutes, free messages and free megabytes, you will also only pay approximately half of this month's subscription.
