@Cell_C: Has there been any progress on this issue? I signed up to RBM on Friday and am experiencing the same problems as everyone else:
- SMS bundle does not show
- cannot sign up for CellC self-service
Also, what Android network monitoring app does RBM/CellC suggest we install on our phones to confirm data usage? At the moment I'm using NetSentry which shows data usage of +-90MB since Saturday evening. When requesting my balance, RBM/CellC says I only have 205MB left. Where did my other 205MB go?

Hey there cell c when can we as rbm contract users expect that these issues concerning free minutes and sms not showing and that we cant register on cell c web site be resolved?
It would be good to now what went wrong?

Also having the same problems mentioned here, no SMSs and unable to access the self service portal on the site, have sent a PM.
Aaarghh. Was on holiday in the cape for 2 weeks. Was able to phone 140 and talk to someone to find out how many sms's I have left.
Now back home, 140 keeps saying network busy like it has always been for the last 2 months.
When will we be able to register on the self-service site???

I am slowly but surely loosing my patience. This should have all been tested etc before RBM launched! I also dont understand why it should take so long to resolve.
I hear you,man! I also cannot recieve any mms from about 12:00 yesterday. Which is a PITA because I use it to monitor a security camera.

I am thinking of getting the RBM 200 contract, but am not sure after reading this thread.
