MMS doesn't work, balance enquiry inaccurate, cannot upgrade the software

I hope you don't have the same problems I do. Here's my story...
I have the RBM200 contract with the Motorola phone and:
* Cannot send/receive MMSes. I've tried numerous times to set it up. Called the call centre where the person confirmed that MMS was enabled on my profile.
* Cannot for the live of me get the correct amount of SMS/MMSes available. It always tells me I have zero. I reply on loggin into the MyTools section of the Cell C website to see how many I have used. It' annoying.
* Tried to update the phone software with the official release downloaded from the Motorola website (
www.motorola.com/update - go through the pages and select MOTODEFY). The software says that the phone is not upgradebale. Did RBM change the software that now causes this? If I cannot upgrade the software, then I'm rooting the phone to load the latest Android 2.3.
So, how do I get this fixed? Especially the sending and receiving of MMSes.
The customer service is extremely bad. You cannot get an operator on the line, no matter which option you choose. And they take +- 2 weeks to respond to an email. The "Tell Trevor" campaign is a joke!
