Red Bull Mobile SUCKS! (Please Note, RED BULL SUCKS, not Armando -I know he always tries his darndest) Here's why:
My screen died. Red Bull Mobile wanted nothing to do with it. Got treated like a piece of shlt at their store. I contacted Armando. He tried, he couldn't do anything about it either. I was disappointed and pissed to say the least. I contacted Moto directly and they came up with a solution for me. They also told me that Red Bull takes care of the Motos on contract and that they (Motorola directly) have nothing to do with anything Red Bull does. Ie. If a device fails, it's Red Bull's baby and they decide what goes and what doesn't -they CAN replace a unit if they so choose.
So dealing with Moto directly, they were more than willing to help resolve my issue! Problem sorted out in less than a WEEK!
Red Bull should take lessons from Moto SA, seriously.
SO Red Bull Mobile = 0 : Motorola SA = 100 (for coming up with a solution and being more than willing to bend over backwards to accommodate me!)
I'd recommend Motorola to anyone, anyday...not so much Red Bull.
Now I'm happy too.
