RE : Telkom blacklisted me after cancelling my contract in Dec 2017

Good Day,

Please can I have assistance regarding the above, as I cannot even renew my cellphone contracts because of Telkom blacklisting me.

I have sent the cancellation form again to a Telkom consultant on Thursday 21st February 2019 and have not received a reply as yet

One cancels online. Do you have a ref nr or proof of your original cancellation?

I received cancellation confirmation via E-mail.
I have that E-mail till this day.

If you assumed you were cancelled without written confirmation it's on you I'm afraid.
All you can do now is go through the whole process again.


This time, don't assume. You are only cancelled when you have written confirmation you are cancelled.
