According to Tommy @ Sentech I've been granted a rebate on one of my open tickets. There was a Sentech login page where you could check your account details. Has anyone got the url handy? I've got it written down at home but wanted to check now.

My 'financial manager' has just confirmed that I did indeed receive a R395 rebate on 9th July 2004. If enough people logged tickets for a rebate then maybe, just maybe they'd start to feel it enough to actually resolve the problem.

Well, I've put in my rebate request this afternoon. It was a bit of a battle of wills with the Orc (he didn't want to open a ticket, I wanted to. Then he wanted to convert my speed ticket, I didn't want to. I wanted a new, but seperate, ticket that referred to my speed problem ticket). The polite, yet stubborn approach seems to have paid off - I have a new ticket number (for rebate), as well as an agreement with the Orc that I can shout at him (he did say that is what he is there for).
