Receiving SMS problem @ home

I am experiencing problems receiving SMSs while I am at home.

It seems that when people send SMSs to me while I am at home, I don’t receive them. But as soon as I leave home (i.e. on my way to work the next day) all of them come through in a row. Sending SMS seems to be working.

Might this be cell-related? Another possible reason is the implementation of 3G in my area. I cannot say for sure, but it seems that my problem started since the day of 3G being activated in my area.
