Hi guys

I have a vox phone and until recently also had the telkom phone plugged into the line. The telkom phone finally broke (too many sticky keys) and so all calls were recieved through the VOX Phone. Now something has happened because when the telkom number is dialed and I try answer with the VOX Phone it doesn't go though. The caller just continues to hear dialing and so do I.

What could the problem be?

AFAIK those vox routers are quite basic and you need to check if it lets you configure port forwarding at all.

Also you need to take the netgear out of the equation.

Also a separate thread would have been better. This has nothing to do with the OP.

Vox Telecom, is the worst service provider by far, there employees don’t even know we they are working for. My account is debited every month, 2 days later I receive a SMS saying my account has been suspended due to non-payment, but when I phone them regarding this issue, they tell me I don’t owe them anything. To date (6months this is been going on) no one has been able to help me.
