Recharge Award NOT given after recharge?

At 3:58pm on the 11th I purchased R100 Cell C airtime to obtain my Recharge Reward of 1000mb to use until Sunday.
My account balance reflected the R100 credit to my Balance, but no reward has reflected.

A balance enquiry still shows: Recharge Reward MB = 0 MB.

What is going on Cell C?
Isn't the Recharge Award give-away still running till December?

Sorry man, but it only applies to the R50 vouchers. I got caught out by this once, too. Better to buy 2 x R50 next time

Or it only applies to electronic (till printed) vouchers, not a pre-printed cards (sealed pin number).

Did you load R50 or R100 this week before the 11th?

If so, there's a limit of R100 per week. (Monday to Sunday)

Ahhh ... It was my second top-up in a week. I topped up with R100 on Monday.
This doesn't make sense to me though. Do Cell C want my cash or not?
Now I'm forced to use another provider.

It is there to get prepaid users, who don't normally use data to start using data - for some of us it is a welcome "bonus"
