By not registering you will at least help Sanral to settle their debt much faster.
Actually not, just improve Kapsch Austria's bottom line.

Just pay it.

not everyoneOf course you did. Everyone will receive invoices.
In the mail I got 2 envelopes, the one has the Correspondence and Transaction Report (i.e. Some Photos, gantries passed etc)
The other one had a Tax Invoice and Account Statement.
There is a full amount to pay and a 60% discounted amount to pay before a prescribed date.
My intention was to finally pay once I got an invoice, I am having second thoughts now, I don't want to break the law.
I wont be getting an E-Tag either.
That will happen to many people regardless of them being registered (you know, getting discounts and all). Many many many people can't AFFORD these feesWell, according to the act they sent it. Whether you received it or not they are now free to continue taking actions against you. The fact that many people have started receiving invoices is a clear indication that they have sent out the invoices and that is all they need.
So, a bit of advice, if you want to save some money and not end up with debt collectors bothering you at home and work or later court cases, take the trouble in driving there or looking it up online and pay for your usage.
Despite what all people have said, the public, the DA, Outa, or JPSA, Sanral is playing well within their legal limits and they are doing it right. The only people who will get hurt at the end of the day is those who use the roads and refused to pay.
I can confirm that they will not arrest all non-payers in one day. Arrests and prosecution will be done selectively, but everyone will have their day in court and there will be little chance of getting off....
I wonder where they are getting the addresses from?
The format which my address was written in on my invoice was exactly the same as on E-Natis, so yeah, that's where they are getting it from. I never received any sms's because the number on their database is my old number.
Also the reason why there are so many errors with regards to billing, I don't think E-Natis is any where near being squeaky clean.

what a k@k analogy House. Food is a basic human right, toll fees ( in Scumral's) case should be classified as National Rape.Unable to afford food does not justify murder or robbery. The same principle applies to being unable to afford toll fees. If you cannot afford these fees, do not use the roads. Find alternatives. Don't open yourself to prosecution out of being spiteful.

House, you are pretty sure of yourself that those people who will be prosecuted won't have access to a lawyer, and that they will most likely fight with regards to the CPA, NCA.
Can't wait for them to try to prosecute someone with a lot of money and time, gonna enjoy myself when Sanral gets their asses handed to them, why do you think they are so quite about the exact legal proceedings that will have to follow. (You know, the information the JPSA asked for?)
EDIT: On second thought, our "democracy" likes to manipulate the courts and laws in their favor.
