I want to get myself a gaming monitor. I stay in Fourways, Johannesburg. Please could someone recommend a monitor for R3000 max? 
From what I can see, I can find some 23" monitors with 2ms response. I have seen some 24" monitors, but then they're 5ms. There was actually a Phillips LED for R2200, but I figured if it's that cheap, it's probably HD emulated (is that the right term?).
If possible, I'd prefer to save cash, so I don't need THE BEST, so I'd prefer to spend R2500. I realise that if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. I'll pay for the quality rather.
