Recommend an international recruitment agency?

Hi, I'm a young communications professional who is seriously considering working overseas for a few years. Can anyone recommend any recruitment agencies that specialize in international recruitment? ( I'd be quite happy to work in the U.A.E and Oman. (I've travelled to these place before)

Sadly I have a South African passport so Europe is extremely unlikely :(
