Whilst MightyQuin hasen't taken the subtle approach, Wimpy b/fast is pretty KAK

Have you tried Tasha's Morningside or at Melrose Arch?

My favourite Wimpy is at Engen 1 Stop in Harrismith way better than other Wimpies I have been to, we use it when we go on trips to Pretoria or Cape Town.

Very fast service literally food comes in 5-10 mins, great food and milkshakes also love the hashbrowns and toast

Agreed.
MQ could have easily made a valid point by not sounding so arrogant and flippant. While the Wimpy coffee is passable their chips, egg and sausage leave a lot to be desired.
For a few extra bob you could get a much tastier breakfast elsewhere.

I love Wimpy, but the best place to have breakfast is KFC, their Cappuccino's are to die for!

Nothing wrong with Wimpy breakfasts. You can't really cock up bacon, eggs and toast. They are, however insanely priced and everything else on their menu that I've tasted has been schit.

There is a deli up the road from my house that does incredible breakfasts. My favourite being a parmesan, chorizo and wild mushroom omelette with shaved black truffle. For the same price as a Wimpy breakfast...

ITT: Unskinnybob is a Wimpy franchisee. :p

Either way, I'm going to have to agree, Wimpy breakfasts are kark. Most of their food is, though. Grey patties, disgusting chips, eggs that seem to have been cooked in boiling water, etc. The only thin I'll ever eat at Wimpy is a Chicken and Mayo toast, which is really good, and I actually rather like their tomato sauce. It's the only brand of tomato sauce I eat.

How this all ended up to become such a massive fight is beyond me. For the love of all things great, it's just eggs, toast and bacon, and maybe if you're very very lucky some "inedible chips". You won't get all that at any place under 20 bucks. It's a monopoly. Spur, Wimpy, Parrots, KFC, McD's... they're all 20 bucks+ and they all taste the same 'coz they all just offer eggs, toast, bacon and chips, and eggs, toast, bacon and chips = eggs, toasts, bacon and chips. You can only win if you make your own eggs, toast, bacon and chips, which should really taste exactly the same as the above and save you 20 bucks. Just saying...
