Recommend the best spot to have breakfast

Spur has a pretty nice breakfast (much better & cheaper than wimpy) if you looking for a chain/franchise outlet.

Otherwise look at your small local businesses, yonks ago there was a place in Salt Rock called Hagars (bakery) and they made the best breakfast ever.

Spur's breakfast is nice, but the goddamn coffee is R16

Wimpy food is just bland. No taste. Like it was designed to offend no one. The height of political correctness.

Yeah, like it was designed by a conveyor belt. Every additional 1gram of food costs you r1.

Best breakfast I had recently was at Mondeor going towards Gordon's Bay on the N2. Croque Monsieur to die for.

I go the Maxis at Greenstone. I like their regular Maxis coffee and I normally have their Breakfast on Toast (fried egg, bacon, slice of cheese and chips). Also, as I am a smoker, they have the best smoking section ever. Have got to know the owner and the staff as well which helps in getting good service.

I don't drink coffee so it's ok. Last time I had breakfast I had a glass of water and a milkshake.

The trailblazer breakfast for R45 is a pretty cool. 2 toast, mushrooms, 2 pork sausages or boerie, 2 eggs, bacon, chips & tomato.
