Reconnecting my landline

When I moved in I found the landline cable cut ,what do I have to do to get it hooked up and ready for WiFi/ADSL??

Apply for a Telkom landline to be installed and apply for ADSL.
Get data account from your preferred ISP.

This is not your landline then? This was the previous owners?
The cable belong's to Telkom.
You need to apply to Telkom for a service.
