Recording DSTV Programms

Can anyone give me any suggestions, as to which software I can use to record tv channels on my pc as I have my usb tv card connected to my DSTV. I am looking for something that will not chow up to much space as it is recording but yet give me good quality.

Was there not any Software that came with the TV card?

Otherwise Windows Movie Maker also does a fairly decent job if you don't mind recording to WMV. Then use a media converter to convert back to Divx later or just use Movie Maker to convert to DVD.
