Hmmm...sounds like there might be more than one person communicating through the Cell_C nick.
I just got the message saying that someone will call me. Towards the end of the day Thabo from Jo'burg called and answered all my questions (I had a number of those). The GN is the only phone you get right now, as far as I understood -at no additional cost. You'll probably be contacted on Monday.
(I'm pleasantly surprised at how smooth this Nexus is with JB. I was going to sell it, but have decided to hold on to it instead

FYI I too have also been to numerous cell c stores and nobody seems to know anything about RBM.

This just pisses me off.
I phoned CellC last week and enquired about upgrade phones and they said they didn't have stock of ANY of the phones on RBM200 (and she couldn't tell me when they were going to restock). This basically forced me to upgrade to a normal CellC contract (straight-up 100), an LG Optimus L9 instead of the Samsung Nexus that I wanted, and a fractionof the data on the RBM200 package.
The consultant that I dealt with said that they were waiting for stock of the LG as well, but in the meantime they would continue my current RBM200 contract. When I was to receive the new phone, they'd cancel my contract and start my new CellC one. Lo and behold, they canceled my contract without telling me (and with it all my free minutes, SMS's and data) and have now put me on prepaid which is affecting my job as I'm on call 24-7 and can't respond to my boss.
So. Much. Fail.

Thanks for the update. Their website states 3 different out of bundle /"excess" data usage charges i.e. R0.40 on RBM 100; R0.30 on RBM200 according to this graphic: http://www.redbullmobile.co.za/uploads/pics/contract_tbl_04.jpg

Been looking around a bit and can't really find anything I like. After watching some drop tests on the tube of you, I'm thinking I definitely need one.

Where do you live? I saw lots of options for covers and cases at Chinatown in Milnerton, Cape Town.
hmm they should really just make this RBM deals simple, and more to please us the customers.
Lets take the RBM 200 contract as an example, they give us the Nexus at R250 p/m & the S3 at R400 p/m so why not just divide it into groups. As it's not RBM brandering on the phones anymore.
Like the Galaxy Nexus is ~R3500 so give us a choice between all phones in that price range for R250 p/m
Same with the S3 is ~R6000 so give us a choice between all phones in that price range for R400 p/m
