Redbull mobile free minutes total incorrect

Anyone else on Redbullmobile losing their unused minutes at the end of every month? Second month in a row I lost unused minutes. Also did not receive my free sms bundle for May.

My wife's SMS bundle is also not showing, we called 140 and were told they can see the 100 SMSs on the system, all they could suggest was to try sending and SMS and to call back if it was charged for.

My wife used up all her minutes, but according to the T&Cs:
Unused included minutes will roll over for 3 months.
I suggest you call 140 and let them know about your problem

Are you able to register on the Self Service website? We've been unable to, since taking out the contract in the first week of April, see here.

I'll call 140 from my office line tomorrow, because I am not able to call 140 from my phone since I got it. Always says "Network busy"

I sent an sms and did not get charged for it. So, will see

No, cannot register to the self service web-site either. It only tells me the account does not exist. :-/

Regretting go RBM more and more everyday...

What did customer care say? I noticed today that my minutes did not carry over and I did not get my 100 sms bundle either?!

Not cool Red Bull Mobile (Cell C) :(

I want what I signed up for!

Called today after I sent a message from the RBM web-site on Sunday. They said the got my query and "are working" on it.

Also PMed Cell_C.

Now wait and see, I guess.

as far as i can see, with a few issues, they are allocated to you but you just cant see, them. there is an issue and we are working on it.

Yes, sms bundle is loaded, but cannot see it. Free minutes carryover, however, is not on the system.
