I had booked flights with Kulula last year and could not take them because they fell during COVID lockdown level 5.
1. Does anyone know how Kulula calculates the refund being made into their TravelBank? My ticket costs do not equal the amount they deposited into the TravelBank (the refund was less than my cost). Which line items do they refund? Credit card payment, Discovery Miles and a Vitality contribution - I used all of those to make up my payment.
2. Are you able to talk to their call centre? For the last few months I have called Kulula but have so far been unable to get through to a consultant at their call centre. Wait for up to 30 minutes, with no consultants available.
